We have initiated a new shipping policy where the shipping cost is now based on the total dollar amount of the order. Our previous method of using a shipping calculator based on shipping weight was inconsistent and has on occassion excessively overcharged the shipping cost.
Smaller orders, usually $50 or less, will be shipped by United States Postal Service Prioity Mail and larger orders will in most cases be shipped by United Parcel Service.
If the ordered items are in stock. they will usually ship in 1-3 business days. If we need to order the items, we are able to pick them up direct from the Pavilion Gift Company and usually ship them in 2-5 business days. The busy holiday seasons may increase the shipment time.
If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know so we can adjust our shipments and use the best shipping method.
We can gift wrap the item and include a small card for free, just let us know.
Our international shipping is based on shipments to Canada. We can ship to other countries, but contact us by phone or email to find out the shipping cost and if we are able to ship to that country.
